Esteban needs to quit the bullshit second career and focus on putting a team on the pitch that can actually win a match... the cutesy mad-Argy routine has worn thin these past 3 weeks... stay focused and manage the team putta madre.

In other news, interesting that SBS has put this out there... any chance of them broadcasting championship matches do you think?

I guess there are two options. P+/10/10Play so it's packaged together with all the other top Aus football. SBS I think would be quietly frothing at getting these matches back after all these years. It could be just YouTube again, but I doubt it if FA are giving the initial rights out for free.

There are benefits in both. But I think SBS would actually do the competition and its clubs justice. And I'd like them to pick up the Australia Cup as well and broadcast the early stages.

SBS having the Championship (and early stages of the cup) would make me very happy indeed......

We are essentially run like an A league franchise. Whats the point of a South membership when the club plans to join 5 different leagues and the first the members hear of it is from some article on the net. We dont get consulted on anything.

Then to top that all off you arrive to the most recent home game and we are engaging in borderline match fixing with our lineup, at the point you question packing it all in.

Man with the location of south being so close to the city etc.

Why would you not give members discounts to come have dinners or entice people to use it as a pre game before heading out into the night post game.

Man I've never heard a coach blame everything else but himself on the sideline on Friday.

Dude complained from everything from the officials to the state of Australia football

A lot of Preston supporters have Greek surnames. Florina same club as Lalor Sloga? Don't remember them, but a lot of those guys at Sloga are from Florina area

We would have to PAY people to eat in the social club mate... and Albert Park is alot further away from most of our fans than Rezza is for yours ....

As for Esteban .... he is a stubborn cat ... Love the guys passion for the club and for football but money talks and bullshit walks ....

Nah not disputing the distance i just think it's a good night out for people.

You've got the location, We all know you have a ton of dormant fans.

Just perplexes me the club hasn't tried more to engage and get that social club humming.

I remember our women's team played before you guys v avondale couple years ago and I had to wait like 25 mins for gyro. Mind you there was like 3 people in line at the time.

I thought I'd hate to see the wait when it's full.

So much opportunity but I guess I'm preaching to the choir here

Lalor sloga are a different club. They were on the same road though.

Florina changed to sporting whittlesea then closed up shop. Mill park to their spot in sl2 which caused a bit of stir back then.

You know that a room full of 10 Greeks, means there are 15 bosses.... Should have heard the looks of horror I got when I suggested we just get hotdog rolls and souvlaki skewers like we used at Middle Park...
