In my opinion or Popovic's? I'd have Bennie and Strain. My bet is Popovic will pick Miller and Strain. I'd like to see someone with more attacking end product at RWB. Millers hit and hope and a heading threat.

Can't see Pieras being selected, Leckie is just back from a long term injury and he would have to be a last resort, Metcalf has yet to play after injury. So that leaves Karacic, Miller, Strain, Adamson. We know what Miller brings and I am not sure how Karacic is progressing. Adamson?
Also are there any FIFA rules regarding the number of players that can get invited to the camps? If not, then definitely invite Bennie, Jovanovic, and Badalato. Maybe Memeti but I think there are other players that could be invited.

Okon-Engstler is one if you can add invitees that aren't in the squad.
 
Okon-Engstler is the one who has most impressed me from the U20s, but there are others that weren't in that squad for a range of reasons (like Irankunda) or even Haine Eames who has looked great for CCM in a rebuild year. I'd be looking at adding those two for sure for the WC.

I am a fan of Bennie but he's way behind Strain in my estimation and even behind Miller. He has a lot more work to do against men before I'd be confident to have him in the Socceroos. Has he even played a full game for QPR yet?
