Sign Up Now!I am sure many Indonesian fans are asking the same question.TBF he tried to play an attacking game rather than setting out a defensive low block so made it a more enjoyable game to watchAnyone know why Indonesia brought in Kluivert for this game? The other coach had been doing well.
Croatia have done well but Uruguay have won two WCs(1930 and 1950) so not quite at their level.Id put them on par with Uruguay.
And given Tuchel was criticising Foden and Rashford when the midfield was so safe in possession in the first place, no one was willing to break line with a pass or dribble and blames the players who can do this lol.And it was a boring game to me - impressed with albanias counters and one touch and movement.
Perhaps for Dutch connection to secure more Dutch players with Indonesian heritage but I got no idea tbhAnyone know why Indonesia brought in Kluivert for this game? The other coach had been doing well.
In terms of the overall Saudi game we had most of the chances. This is reflected in the statsArnie did extremely well at the last world cup but his time was definitely up.
I rate Popa's point against Japan but otherwise we've been lucky (Saudi disallowed goal; Indo's missed pen) or simply facing crap teams.
If Popa would just pick (and play) the best players I'd be less on his back.
Gave us a bit of a GD boost as well.I am sure many Indonesian fans are asking the same question.TBF he tried to play an attacking game rather than setting out a defensive low block so made it a more enjoyable game to watch
Gareth Bale recently commented how he lost his enthusiasm for the game as it was becoming too regimented. And given Tuchel was criticising Foden and Rashford when the midfield was so safe in possession in the first place, no one was willing to break line with a pass or dribble and blames the players who can do this lol.
Part and parcel what I don't like about modern coaching, every movement has be so automated that if a player who has that x-factor that wants to try something they get discouraged from doing it because it goes against the principles of play from the coach.
I don't think I am.you're missing the point.
Sure yet clogging the thread with trolling dribble always of the same ilk is annoying.I disagree, everyone is entitled to their opinion.
I think Eden Hazard made similar comments too.Gareth Bale recently commented how he lost his enthusiasm for the game as it was becoming too regimented.

Rhys Williams was very good in most of the games he played for the socceroos.I'm looking forward to seeing the new Triantis.
Gee, this forum has talked him up. ATM he sounds like the best player in Europe, just Popa doesn't know. LOL! Has he improved as much as the fans think? I've seen limited minutes.
This occurs from time to time.
Many years ago Rhys Williams was a fan favourite, who struggled to get a Socceroo game. When he did, he got about 4 caps.
ATM Robertson is another fan favourite, not to mention Volpato.
Then forums have Socceroo scapegoats. Jade North was one, and Brett Holman was until he started scoring goals.
Behich is another scapegoat for a few. Popa thought only he and Ryan had good all round games last night, apart from the scorers of goals. Ryan is another current scapegoat for a few too.
Dylan Tombides and Ray Baartz.Rhys Williams was very good in most of the games he played for the socceroos.
If not for injuries he was definitely going to end up as a Premier league player, probably the biggest whatif of any Australian player maybe along with Paul Okon.
