Locally Alex Davani looks to be the pick of probable candidates. Internationally I have no idea.

Got to say the BAR wasn’t that high to beat tbh the 3 previous CEO’s prior.
In saying that he done very very well and seeing how much of a divide we kept being in as a whole that now I have grave fears what’s to become ahead depending who takes the reins.
Hope the current board he served so well carries on with his vision where he was trying hard to lead us towards !
How will JJ be remembered in 20 years as Head of Football Australia? What would you say were his 2-3 biggest achievements? And conversely, where did he most fall short in the role? On face value to me, it feels like it's been a solid tenure. That said, the game in Australia still has it's struggles.
Agree we don't need someone to stall the path he was taking us or worst take is backwards.I would say he has laid good foundations - but much work is yet to be done. If his successors build on those foundations I think he will be remembered fondly. But there is the rub, football has had opportunities over the years only to shoot themselves in the foot.
Quite simply, no one, they all have in one way or another, let the sport down.Id be curious about the older heads in the forum
Who was the goat soccer australia chief (or least bas)
We all agree as I quoted the BAR wasn’t very high whatsoever.LFC, he said in the history of Football in Australia & I agree with him.
Admin of football in this country has been poor for 50 years before JJ.
I think they change names when they go from cardinal to pope right? So I don't even know who the new guy is and can't even find by googling or using ai hahaWhite smoke emerges from the chimney! Have we a new head at FA already??
A Peruvian American. Just the little I've read about him it seems like we're going backwards, unfortunately. But who knows, maybe he'll step up to modern times. I'm not religious but I know this affects many lives out there.I think they change names when they go from cardinal to pope right? The symbolism of pope leo is that the first pope leo managed to convince attila the hun to stop raping and pillaging europe and go awayA Peruvian American. Do good and don't harm others, it's not hard.
Yes, they take on a papal name when they transition from a cardinal and keep it until the circle of life completes.I think they change names when they go from cardinal to pope right? So I don't even know who the new guy is and can't even find by googling or using ai haha
for context
JJ by a mile so far for me..... Agree with LFC though, its not THAT huge of an achievement considering the lulus who have come before.Id be curious about the older heads in the forum

" the circle of life completes" ... how poeticYes, they take on a papal name when they transition from a cardinal and keep it until the circle of life completes.
Id take Munn over the rumoured Cavalluci any day oif the week and twice on Sundays..... strap in people its goign to be a bumpy ride for Aussie football againInteresting... thought he brought a bit more professionalism compared to Gallop.
I'd be going for Scott Munn on his way out of Tottenham has the connection and has the experience in Asia with his time in China.

Calling himself leo presumably means he views diplomacy over war as the moral focus of his papacy (and signalling to catholics that by peacemakers and ending armed conflicts should be their priority)
