Majority past winners and final losers incl semi/qrtr's etc are either in and out of their respective league top4 to 6 places season to season.
Some Clubs are actual past league winners - snakes and ladders how their league season went Then pre this season CL grp stage losers dropped to Europa.
I'd hardly call it weak.
The only thing we all can agree the league loss's are woeful no denying the facts but they got a trophy any Club would cherish (against a club with far more budget) next after CL.
Levy manages Ange by the way, he is part to blame as well.

Previous Europa League tournaments have featured Champions League group stage 3rd place finishers in the knockout rounds... this edition did not. Its the weakest Europa League in history. Spurs were outright betting favourites at the beginning of the tournament, that's how weak it is.

Look you had a team from a town of 50k in Norway in the semi final.
 
yes true re the previous tournament, thats how it goes, you play whats ahead of you and you still have to get through H/A and get the result.
Struggle and not they are wins thats all that Counts, even near touching the north pole to get there haha.
Its still the same trophy.
 
why are you allegiant to Ange Postecoglou? He doesn't care about you, he's not allegiant to you.

But that team in Norway beat everyone else to get to semis? You reckon that smaller clubs can't get a run

Sack is the best thing for Ange, Frank has no idea what he is walking into, Spurs no longer have the generational talents of Kane and Son carrying them and Levy wont spend the required amounts to keep Spurs competitive against the rest. Good luck replacing the manager that just won a trophy. This is assuming that the pro Ange dressing room doesnt revolt.
 
its just going in circles as usual with this guy, keep saying you can only beat whats in front of you and None are easybeats FFS.

Apparently Levy is massively in debt as well, whether true or not, is being used as a pre-text to not spend this summer so it is a poisoned chalice.

correct - Frank will just be the next bunny no more no less.
IMO Levy/Spurs lived off the back of Kane might I add hanging in due to his goal fests.

Tottenham has reported losses for several years, including a loss of £26.2 million in the 2023-24 season, which was down from £86.8 million the previous year, according to a Tottenham Hotspur News article.

speaking of going in circles, you're ignoring the fact that Spurs have just completed their worst league losing season (22 losses) in their entire 142 year history and yet you're deluding yourself into thinking the 2024/25 Europa League is anything but a second rate tournament... which might look high standard compared to the A-league but compared to the league Spurs play in, its decidedly tin pot.

I think it's something to do with the amount of unpaid transfer fees still owing.

250,000 ppl dont turn up to watch a "tin pot" celebration. A trophy thats taken the club 4 decades to win.

Spurs were tanking the league its pretty obvious.

He will be sacked imo.
Doesn’t help all the media all season going after him and supporters that are Lupi for there’s plenty of them as well.
