Sign Up Now!UT Rush has been equally fun, unless you get some muppet who just autoruns after you go two down or quits on you.I’ve been playing clubs Rush with some friends
I once played in a forum tourney... was good fun, there was like a round robin, it was kinda like a league.I wouldn’t mind setting up some games in the future
It's definitely a different kettle of fish.Haven't really played FIFA / FC since 2019, is the new one worth it? I also wish PES didn't ruin there game because it started getting very good pre eFootball. Does anyone on here play football manager?
Could be partly because of the seasons not aligning. I remember thinking the same when trying to pull stats from it once (I was trying to create ACT NPL in PES, but never completed anything past the kits/logos and extracting players from the FM database).I was really looking forward to the new game engine, hopefully its a better product in 2025 then what ever was going to be released in November. On a side note I wonder who does the scouting for info and stats in Australia for SI? The npl is so out of date haha!
This was about as far as I got lolSometimes the transfers are semi up to date but player info and stats is always at least 3 years behind. ACT NPL in PES sounded like cool idea shame you didn't get furtherer, if you are into modding pre frostbite FIFA games on the PC are pretty good.
Yeah the online game modes ruined games imoLet me put it this way:
Since I bought a gaming PC for my sim-racing wheel, I paid for that annual EA pass that gets this game bundled in with it (along with F1, WRC, Madden, etc).
I'm glad I didn't have to pay anything extra for this game this year.
I'm very much an offline player, and the fact that there's no Socceroos, no Matildas, and only 29 national teams now (not even enough for a World Cup) - I literally turned this on once so I could play against a mate, and that's probably going to be it for me for another year.
I wish PES/eFootball didn't go to their online only crap, because that on PC was a wonder to play offline.
Yeah I'm a big fan of the trailer. Hopefully the game lives up to the trailer26 version apparently taking on a lot of feedback. Sluggish play is my issue. I need the players to turn that bit quicker. Here's hoping...
Career mode had changes but I found it starting to get a bit to FM. Worse yet they didn't work or make sense. The hiring coaches to boost players seemed a simple redundant thing. They need something like 'play this kid 7 times to see his stats boost'.
The budgeting is also dumb. I wouldn't mind finance modenwhere you can price everything around matchday and have accounts and divide funds accordingly.

Career mode is getting a manager market, so managers will get sacked, teams will change tactics depending on the manager. I don't expect any new youth features though. For that you have football managerCareer mode needs a massive overhaul. It's rinse and repeat. The youth team games are boring.
It'll take a lot but they need some massive portal with a lot of data but also streamlining the real technical parts of the game. I like training plans and coaching but it becomes some basic blanket that doesn't affect players or is so vague and confusing that you don't even know if it's working.
Midweek training sessions with bust ups depending on who you tackle and more moody players in regard to selections would be fun. Player meetings try and settle things.
My biggest annoyance is actually the formations and player roles. You play a RM as RW and it reverts to standard mode. Also my defenders just don't sit deep or track back even with the settings on. I want players to follow some sort of instruction but I'd like them to anticipate they probably need to attack or track like previous games. It was more fluid.
