I'm still reviewing the stats and analysis of the Saudi and Bahrain games, but I totally agree with you.
I've had a really good look at Hrustic - who is probably the best technician on the ball we have in the current Socceroos - apart from when Arzani is selected.
Hrustic is selected for the Socceroos, but everything Hrustic does well, Arzani does better, and often by some margin. This includes ball winning, defending and tracking back. Hrustic might be more two footed, be more composed as a goal scorer, but in every other facet of play on the ball, Arzani is far superior.
The big difference may be that I'm watching Hrustic play against the best, battle hardened Asian international teams, whilst only having seen Arzani terrorise Bangla on a sodden pitch at international level. I'm watching Arzani playing AL club teams for comparison purposes.
