I think we need to roll the dice and change the combination. I'd go Triantis and Luongo. I really want to see a back 4 and extra mid. You could then play Irvine more advanced to do some of the pressing from the front and go a more offensively minded Toure at 9.

Something like:

Ryan
Strain - Burgess - Rowles - Elder
Triantis - Luongo
Irvine
Boyle - Toure - Goodwin​
 
Really impressed with young Toure in the U20's. People have said he's the cream of the crop and it seems validated by his performance overnight.

Can't remember seeing an Australian striker scrap for the ball like that before. He's so fast he's onto defenders before they realise they're out of time.

If he goes on getting goals in senior football he's going to be a gem.
 
If Sunderland aren't licking their lips at the prospect of Triantis returning next season regardless of how this season pans out they're crazy.

I would so love to see Triantis and Luongo playing together. I wish in front of a back four but I've lost all hope in Popa's less than common sense.
