Yeah I get it and totally understand but as a 'pom' who has supported Liverpool since 1971 and stood on the kop most weeks in the late 70s, early 80s I will support my team regardless of who plays or how many 'tourist' fans tag along to sing YNWA the game is almost immaterial and never the same as watching them play in a competitive game but its my team. The big issue I have is I am down in Melbourne to watch my son play for Bulleen that weekend which may clash with the Liverpool game so I face a choice hopefully it wont clash

makes complete sense - whilst I would have loved to see them in Melbourne the trip is ridiculous after a long season Im sure the players would not want it ........we will see I guess
