I was baffled the keeper didn't go for that ball

also we look very poor defending corners
 
Our keeper airswings at a corner and it miraculously lands on another's neck and bobbles out for a corner. Playing with fire here.
 
why are we so bad in the air. We get a free header but its miles wide
we never look threatening off corners
 
We get the free but it took the ref ages to notice there'd been a handball.

Australia playing poorly.
 
not that it's news but again the ref doing us no favours
some blatant fouls not called here

I guess you just have to deal with playing against 12 men in asia
 
11 fouls to 2 but the odds of anything coming off a free kick is zero because we are so bad in the air
 
that was an awful half of football....been an awful performance in this tournament so far to be honest

it's just all so frantic and there is no structure in attack or defence

What's maloney's background?

You mean where he rounded the defended and we were given a corner? Live it looked stonewall but replay showed a less menacing tangle albeit slow mo.

We need to claim them more. The way AFC teams move and shout and get them given.
 
the aerial crosses are soooo innacurate, just don't bother and keep the ball on the ground
