Pragmatist in me wants the easiest run home and softer opposition till after transfer window.

Optimist wants clash vs MV now (but would actually prefer this deeper in the comp!)

i'd like South Melbourne as well.

dont think the two clubs have faced each other since NSL days.
 
I really love these early rounds of the cup. The local clubs playing like there's no tomorrow. The vibes.

I wouldn't be surprised if a member fed team wins it this year, they're only getting better, and the APL teams facing cap cuts and focusing
on youth, now is the time for it to happen.

 
What a shame Canberra Croatia got a home game. Nothing against them personally as a club - they've been my favourite to attend games at when I've been in official capacity for either Riverina Rhinos, Wagga City or as a referee - but I was ready to rip into Capital Football again about travelling for games in the instance they got an away game.
