The first world cup did have history- the Olympic football tournament of 1920 was effectively the first world cup. Uruguay were world champions from 1924 to 1934.

Yep, and FIFA recognises these as ‘World Championships), hence Uruguays 4 stars

RM had the game covered for near on the whole game but got caught out very late Dort getting a couple making it a chaotic ET.
I more so enjoyed seeing the class and time Legend Modric - man he's class !
Interesting SF's to come now.

The Spanish Kings RM vs the new CL French Champs.
Exciting games and gets my mind off Jota though he's in everyones hearts.

Real Madrid won't have Dean Huijsen for their semi-final after he was sent off in the sixth minute of second half stoppage time but they're still a solid team you'd expect to make the grand final.
 
I see Neuer was being a clown at the back again. Hidden behind a decent defence for years only masking his mediocre abilities.

Got to say Thankyou Flumi on their campaign, a third of the budget compared to many of the mega clubs and showing Brazillian football is in good hands incl the other clubs was great viewing.

Haha yeah, certainly AFL. In the Matildas match thread a few days ago RF made a comment that a shot went out of bounds on the full :)
