Was always good on old forum. I thought one had been made here already.

Where do you love to go? What surprised you? Where would you never return?

Travel tips would be good here too.

Plenty of yarns also I'm sure.

The cities that blew my expectations away were Edinburgh and Utrecht. I guess I had average expectations but I found both places really good.

I must have had the 2015 Glasgow brochure as it was much dirtier and rough compared to the marketing. An interesting place but I wasn't too impressed.

Went to Gold Coast once not know it wasn't only just Surfers so it was a nice visit. You can sense the Miami Vegas vibe also and a place of hopes and dreams.

Edinburgh
Incredible city visually. Awesome people too

Agree glasgow is very very gritty in some parts

I have a few more OS trips I need to do this year. Nowhere that interesting though. Just got back from Jappers which I am sure everyone knows is always good.

Was in peru earlier this year for the first time. Been to South America lots but frst time there. Weird cunts tbh lol, Lima is a bit ofa hole in general. Food is amazing though. Visited some of the best restaurants in the world (they have a few in the top 10). That dining is not normally for me but worth the experience when there.

Spent time in the jungle too. That was sick

yes done Lima a couple of times, weird yet interesting at the same time.
Hows that mall carved in the headland overlooking the beach/coast, pretty mad.
Yes the food is sensational but I luv any sth merican diet, right up my taste buds.
Heading back to Santiago soon, enjoy the place alot, countryside/mountains and again the food is brilliant and the vino :)
The people I know are like family and most others met very cool - nothing like work and play.

Apart from Chile trip I have to get back to China/south of Shanghai, been there so many times pretty over it but business is business.
Then lining up Vegas biz trip as usual that will entail heading onto Mexico again.
Luv Mex, I head north of Mex city place called Queretaro - about 3 1/2hr by car but now the place takes international flights thankfully.
Mex is a buzz to visit, people and food is great again and the countryside/history and during stays have watched a local game here and there.
From Aztecs to Spanish influences its very cool.
Then I'm back to the ME/Saudi Dubai and Kuwait.

I have never been to Scotland, on the bucket list with the wife.
Apart from getting around seeing the amazing place - maybe take in a football game and must play a game of golf at one those amazing links course's.
Where ever I go I try to see a football game And I play a game of golf.

I'd like to go to Russia and specifically to St. Petersburg.

I've read about Russian history extensively and enjoy the whole transformation of Romanov dynasty to revolution to Soviet empire and so on....

I know with Russia all going a bit crook lately this might be somewhat controversial but it's going to come good again eventually and I'd love to visit the world’s finest 'baroque city'.

Yeah that Shopping centre is pretty cool on sunset too.

I stayed at Pullman Miraflores which is super close to there.

W Hotel Santiago is so good. The rooftop bar and pool is next level. Had some awesome nights there and stayed a couple of times.

In Santiago, check out a Mexican place called 'Lolita Jones' in Vitacura. It's an cool bar, massive venue, etc., where you can meet some people and have a big night out. Met some mad chicks there last time
