I see a lot of “Pundits” calling for a change of style or adapting to the situation. If Ange tells his players to abandon the philosophy and play “Backs to the Wall” football, I think he loses the dressing room.

You still get Agent Forster for the Carabao as well, given Vicario won't be back until March. I think a keeper on loan is non-negotiable in January, but who though?

Spence has been VERY good in every game he's played this season and blind freddy could see Porro needed a rest. I have no idea why Ange kept Spence on the shelf but it's those sorts of decisions that have really hurt the team.

Top 4 defense, Top 3 attack and sitting 10th in the league. Ange has made a rod for his own back here with the lack of rotations. He should have rotated Porro & Spence a lot earlier than this as well as giving Bergvall more of a chance and leaving that spud Bissouma out of the squad.

If Ange does get the bullet it will be interesting to see where he ends up. Not a lot of clubs taking punts on 60 year old managers and if they do, they're "Ship-Steadiers" rather than "Project Managers".

Spurs are a cup team that can make the top 8 with their current squad and backroom setup. I understand fans frustrations with what is seemingly a club held hostage by their board, but expecting anything more is just delusional. They need to give Ange a chance to win a trophy (he has 3 chances...

The fact is Ange needs to be at a club that is a Big Fish and acts like one. Whether the pond is large or small matters less.
