    A-League Mens 24/25 - Round 20

It will be AAMI Park. Especially if it's against MV or MC.

Jets finding some good form. 5 games undefeated. 12 goals. Wins against both MV and AU. If they can tighten up that defence a bit more they could be a challenging for a finals spot.

Nick Garcia no longer a league commisioner

Just one of many problems. However I'd say 90% of all problems can be traced to some muppet with a board seat on any of the unnecessary number of boards.

Nick Garcia no longer a league commisioner

Sometimes these things are as simple as he received a better opportunity elsewhere. I imagine it's not exactly the best gig in the world.

This site uses BBcode, so I just code it by hand. It does help if you have some coding experience with basic HTML. If you hit the code button (it's the one that looks like [ ]) you can view how I put it together. You can also do it via the table button which should also work fine but may lack...

    A-League Mens 24/25 - Round 20

3pm (eastcoast time) on a Summer Saturday arvo is never going to rate well here. I reckon it should have been scheduled for 7pm (kiwi time / 5pm eastcoast time).

I also think the shared venue doesn't help things. I think that's one important factor that helps the Sydney derby. There is a bit of a geographical division up in Sydney. I reckon if WU actually build there stadium and start playing all their home games there, it has greater potential to become...

    A-League Mens 24/25 - Round 20

Question for the Victory and City people here. Do you actually see this game as a derby? Me personally, I don't think I do anymore. Maybe if the City fanbase had grown, but it just hasn't. For me, the two biggest games in the fixture are Adelaide and SFC. Those games I make sure I don't miss...

    The Melbourne Victory Thread

It's been $35 for a decade, so can't complain too much, considering everything else is going up. Ticket pricing is a bit of a balancing act. Let's say 10,000 people attend a MV game and for purposes of this exercise lets say they all paid $35 for their ticket. Total ticket sales would be...

There are no GA tickets. For derbies it's fully reserved seating, which is $35 for an Adult, which is the normal price for GA at any other game. When you go to the Ticketek site, select 'best available' then select reserved.

    A-league attendances 24/25

To be fair, MC only rent the lower level of AAMI, so capacity is probably in the sub-20k range. That being said, even at the reduced area I'm sure it's not cheap. Not a good venue for them.

Player development is a positive even if their motivation$ are clear. Definitely empathise with your frustration though.

Correct. His name is Simon Pearce. Very much in favour of the GF decision.

    A-league attendances 24/25

The thing that stuck out for me was that they have zero plans of moving away from AAMI. Perfectly happy to eat those financial losses year on year rather than invest in an alternative.

Below are the City Fan Forum tweets for anyone that doesn't use twitter. Michael Petrillo on Men January Transfer Window “We are no different to any other club, we didn’t have any budget to bring any players in the window” We knew we were starting to bring players back from injury” Brad Rowse...

    A-league attendances 24/25

Excluding numbers is a bit misleading though. Like it or not, those are the averages. The only numbers that could be removed to compare to previous seasons is Auckland as they were not in the competition. Then it's a like for like. WU are filling their little venue each week. The number might be...

    The Australian Championship Thread

Nothing from Hill. That coward Rugari has restricted his Twitter to be only available to people following him. So, as much as I enjoy reading the BS from that muppet, the thought of hitting the follow button just doesn't sit well with me.
