Undermanned against a much stronger team. The young kids tried their best, but we lacked the necessary quality to push for a result. Lopez was superb as he kept us in the match. Dandenong Thunder were the better team overall and I would have loved it if we could just hold on for another 5 minutes.

I think getting a result against Hume is possible given Mikkola and Bonada will be back, and we’ll be starting our midseason transfers. It’s the Dandenong Thunder match that will be tough.
