    Yep - found a great website that has a great historical archive of results not just for ACT, but Australia wide at State League/NPL level right back to the 50s in some cases http://socceraust.co.uk/

    In either the first/second divisions - I've gone back to the 2000 season, and the clubs either to be removed, or eligible for promotion have been in either of the top 2 divisions in Canberra (whatever the structure of the competitions is) as such (current league position next to each club)...
