I'm reading through the entry regulations for AFC club competitions. I can't see anything that stops member fed clubs from participating in ACL2.

I'm half asleep, but it looks like member fed clubs need a club licence from FA. I think we can assume our clubs have acquired a licence. Then, by the of May, FA informs AFC of our licences clubs. So, we should know by now if they're not eligible...
