England doesn't sell a lot of Ajvar, had to settle for a syrian dip that had a similar ingredient list. Tasted reasonably similar

lamb / veal mix is the best cevap mix in my opinion.

Pork can dry out too much.

The Bosnian Muslims make the best ones.

Tricky to get veal mince here, will have to look out for it

A ragu is best with veal mince as part of the mix too but can't find it anywhere in england!

Bosnians do good ones. Best ones I ever had was a small croatia place that was actually taken over by an Albanian maco (In general not a fan of the maco kebap ), his whole family were the fattest cunts, and fair enough cause they made incredible cevaps

There used to be a bosnian place in split I used to go when I was there. Really good.

Versions of flat bread are easy. You can use a pizza dough more or less. I like to cook on a stone in a closed charcoal bbq

yeah we make a yeasty flatbread but wasn't sure if there was variation between different types of flatbread
