Multi functionally and i was sold at the Golf Course maps lol
hehe I hear you and who says walking par72 course's isn't fitness doing 6/7k's lol.....
Once you have loaded your golf details by each your club mtrs you can just glance at the garmin and posts up suggested club for the distance by each shot.
Then you just consider wind direction and think yer nah I go 1 up or down club.
Great golf app infact the best imo.
You can glance at your V02 and many other heath reading checks, sleep patterns incl weather etcetc.....

Just be aware that this watch is being phased out.
Whats replacing it?

Im waiting on a supplier to get back to me, however I'm looking at 40-50% off that epix pro garmin watch. Can't complain with that.

Even though phasing out and at the deal you can get 40/50 off way worth it period on the savings and will do all you need for as long as you need till your ready to update.
People still using 4/5+ yr old garmins happily serving their needs.

I have a mate who plays a lot of golf. His doctor has told him golf doesn't equate to fitness. However, if one walks all those steps on a golf course, that is a decent number of steps accrued.

You must be very fit from surfing, LFC.

Does jogging bore you? Try reffing. Average 9kms for senior men's games.

Great way to keep fit and get paid.

I also did it as rehab for my ACL surgery which was great. All the same movements of football, stop starts, changes of direction etc, without any of the contact.

If you can handle the grief it might be something to consider.
