Golden Boot Race - Aussies Abroad

I need some help though. Should the tally include preseason, league season, cup games? I'm thinking it'd be fun to add em' all. But it may be easier to track league and cup games so will start with that.

EDIT: The results will include goals from the league season and cup games. The results will exclude preseason games.

Really enjoying reading all the scoring scenarios from the diaspora of forwards playing as Aussies Abroad.

ATM for Popa, Okon and Foxe, there are a lot of expat Aussies to scout overseas.

Good.

The only issue is that Boyle scored 40 plus goals in Scotland last season, but his club scoring rate didn't extrapolate to the Socceroos. I think he was more clinical for the Socceroos when he first started playing international football all those years ago.

Probably because Popovic has him playing as a high pressing cattle dog rather than a forward. He did get an assist v Saudis in June.

I've thought he has lacked a bit of composure when he has had Socceroo chances in recent times.

I thought Boyle was more clinical when he first came into the team.

Probably a mental thing players seem to go through good and bad patches in finishing and club finishing doesnt always translate to country finishing
