Auckland FC seem to be taking the Australia Cup seriously in their first season I think but also bear in mind that South have the Dockerty Cup final a couple of days before the round of 16 so players will be fatigued.

Tipping the 'higher tier', 'form team' is not as hard as tipping against your own club. Luckily I can't be put in that position this year.

Doesn't mean we want it to happen. I for one would happily be wrong and drop the tipping points to you.

Roar play Auckland this Sunday in a pre-season match. If that shows a weakness, South might get some late tip amendments.

Oh I dont mind, if people truly think that is the predictable result.... Ive had a pretty decent run at this tipping thing so far, Ill stick to my guns

They scored 1 or 2 goals most games and played with a very stingy defence. They did seem to drop away a little towards the end of the season but lead the competition at the end.

They were a very good team last season and I have not seen anything of them this season yet but hard for us aleague supporters to ignore the team that won the normal season part of our competition.
