Not sure but I will never forget the before!was he the "before" or "after" picture?
Yea pretty sure I listened to the same podcast. Very interesting title race this year, Marconi well ahead, seemingly bottle it, get caught and overtaken by Rockdale only for them to then drop a few games and give up the position they’d worked so hard to get into. Massive game this weekend for them v spirit. As they mentioned on the podcast, not only the title race but could basically decide which club qualifies for the championship.@Glenardo i was listening to a podcast last night, and one thing that surprised me was, Marconi have never won an NPL premiership (minor premiers) in NPL. i guess i was just shocked, because it's such a status club.
Good chance this year to get the first.
Not to rub it in but even being outside of the Victorian top flight for 27 years (during the NSL) South still have the most Vic state titlesYea pretty sure I listened to the same podcast. Re Marconi not winning the nsw premiership, it’s an interesting quirk of history, obviously before my time but Marconi only really started to get strong late 60s/early 70s. Marconi actually have spent comparatively little time in the nsw top flight. 5 or so years prior the nsl, and then obviously alongside South Melbourne Marconi are the only other club to have played in every season of the NSL from its foundation to its demise.
Yea interesting quirk as I say, in the 60s APIA, St George Budapest and Sydney city hakoah dominated in nswNot to rub it in but even being outside of the Victorian top flight for 27 years (during the NSL) South still have the most Vic state titles![]()

Maybe whoever wants to see WU go around one last time?Hehe I saw that. I'd tune in if it were available. They should put it on YouTube as well.
Stupid, stupid fools. Who's going to pay that? Even the AFL do it now for practice matches.

This is Australia we unique ....You don't think they charge for friendly's anywhere else in the world?
Ah,... that explains it then, when does the "Are we west or what?" miniseries come out on Paramount?Yeah, it’s normal, 40,000 people just paid $60 for Sydney FC v Wrexham………
