We will be sure to ask then!

Thanks for the recommendation.... The guys are really young (at least for me) but was interesting to here their opinions of the past vs the future..... Some valid points made .. I thought the English bloke wearing the Olympic jersey had a very interesting take on what its like engaging with the NPL as a "foreigner".....

yeah very young. The young cro kid does my head in. His father is very well known in the community and he wants to talk about generations not going to games anymore, "mate you and your father are to blame for that" now he wants to suck the WSW c0ck.

You know what in a way I sort ofget what I think he was trying to say.... Our kids didnt get the same experience of our clubs as we did (sorry Im assuming your of my generation?) and we ALL need to think about how to get that back as clubs.

this kid was born after 2004, thats 20 years of lost generations, which parents stopped going to matches.

All those kids grew up on a league as the state leagues were buried to community TV

As an example only way to know what was going on in vpl back then was either watching TV hellas vic soccer show (shout out Ross, WATCH THE OFFSIDE). Which was broadcast on community tv

Or your local ethnic newspaper sharing the scores and tables etc.

I think now with the rise of social media/streaming it will slowly grow maybe not as big as it once was but hopefully enough to keep club coffers and stadiums full enough
