To be honest it wouldn't be the worst choice as he'll be keen to keep his body and career going a bit longer. The MLS has a lot of big names but he might prefer to not have attention for a change. Asia offers money but he doesn't seem the type to go there.

I too like the youth players to kick on in the A-League, but it's also good to watch quality football on our shores & though both these players are well past their prime, their skill & football brains are still there.
Costa playing last year was a cut above the best. It was brilliant to watch.
Though I want young kids coming thru & succeeding on the world stage, I also like football played at a high level.
 
Fuck me drunk. That was be pretty good. And for anyone sooking about youth players did you miss the 2nd half of the Wrexham game, the whole Sydney FC team was youth players.
