There is no other reasonable solution but a negotiated settlement.
* Russia has the manpower for this to go for years.
* Europe despite all of their "tough" talk will not go head to head with Russia. They certainly didn't during the USSR era.
* Europe will take years and years to build up military.
* Europe will require a trillion dollars to build up their military, they don't have the money, they'll need to borrow it.
* This war could have ended years ago but someone kept encouraging Ukraine to dig in deeper. They're now fucked & they're now essentially a vassal state of America.
* They need to negotiate now or they won't have a country left to negotiate with.
* Putin doesn't give a fuck about his people, he'll throw them into the grinder for as long as it takes. This has now taken the lives of hundreds of thousands of people for basically nothing. Putin has his buffer zone against Nato and Ukraine now has empty promises from the West, they did it all to themselves.
