Fair point. I believe he had near most caps of the last Olyroos cycle but hasn't made the national team. We are stacked for midfielders and I felt he went OK. He should consider Malta as an alternative if he wants and international career but like many he may get the few Australian caps as part of a campaign.
 
Balards main weakness seems to be his aerial duels, losing nearly all of them today and has all season. That should be fixable...
 
Liam Chipperfield applied and received Australian citizenship in January this year making him eligible to represent us. Given he is a right side attacker, we should consider calling him up sooner rather than later

Unfortunately it has been hard to find streams of his game so hard to tell what he is like as a player. I saw him a few times last year and he seemed decent
 
Looking at Chipperfield stats he is an elite crosser, above average dribbler and defender but rarely ventures into the box, doesnt pass too often, has a low volume of shots so far but creates quite a few chances.

He is starting for a mid table Swiss side at u20 which is impressive and he will probably make at least one step up which will get him to a similar level as his dad

Could he play RWB in current formation?
 
Ross County lost 3-0. They started brightly but a wicked deflection and a goalie howler put Rangers way too far ahead. Nisbet played the full match and was tidy without being anything amazing. As expected, Rangers had most of the possession, so Nisbet was only really visible in transition. Often, he’d be bypassed when they’d try to counter attack quickly. Despite this, he was equal top rated for Ross County (FotMob) on 6.8.
 
What a tidy assist by Burgess in the Premier League. Ball falls to him in box and he half volleys it back for Chaplin to score. Could've blasted it over or rushed that but it was laid off to a tee.
