It would wannabe a shit hot overseas offer to walk out on a club now, good riddance.
He's going to Yokohama to be an assistant. Keen to be leaving midseason for that.

WelcomeHi All - finally registered etc, new forum looks great!
Kisnorbo's ultimate success in high profile teams will be hampered by his own need to be the alpha personality.
This could be a blessing in disguise. This is a really strong Victory squad but I felt that they haven't reached their potential.
Talk about Self Interests. He has done this twice now, first city and now victory lol.
Highly unlikely that he will go to another CFG club. Eric Mombaerts made it clear after his appointment to Troyes that he would have advised against it.It hopefully means Bruno is brought back fully into the fold and he starts on Saturday.
We didn’t know it at the time, but it seems very obvious he only saw the Victory job as a short term opportunity to get back into coaching after the France disaster. And Victory’s financial situation means we couldn’t say no if an offer was made to us.
Don’t get me wrong, l am glad he’s gone as I was never comfortable with his appointment, but it feels like he used us.
If you were a conspiracy theorist and the rumours are true he’s going to a CFG backed club in Yokohama, then the timing of his departure is rather curious with the announcement made 4 days before a derby... would have been better to announce this last week when we had the bye.
He’d better not try to steal any of our players in January. And I hope he is never welcomed back to the club.
Yep. Also when PK was at City he had a great squad in great form- Leckie, Tilio, JMac etc etcHighly unlikely that he will go to another CFG club. Eric Mombaerts made it clear after his appointment to Troyes that he would have advised against it.
PK's successes have come because others did the hard yards for him - as City's women's coach they were struggling until Jess Fishlock got appointed co-coach and that turned that team around. Warren Joyce made some cultural changes who was followed by Mombaerts that built the winning team. If Momebaerts had stuck around, PK would still be looking for an opportunity instead he got lucky that Mombaerts left early due to covid and his advanced age. So he reaped the rewards that ought to have gone to Eric Mombaerts. Went to France and he had to contend with a mediocre team in Ligue 1 and promptly they fell to Ligue 2 and then when CFG finally made the call, it was too late to rescue Troyes from slipping to Ligue 2. So I doubt he will be allowed into the CFG fold.
I don't agree. I think kisnorbo did well at city regardless of momebaerts. I think France would of been a culture shock for himHighly unlikely that he will go to another CFG club. Eric Mombaerts made it clear after his appointment to Troyes that he would have advised against it.

With the team that PK inherited it would have been difficult not to succeed. As far as culture shock is concerned, I am not convinced - after all coaches travel all over the world for work. The only culture shock would have been club culture and it is part of the job of being a manager to shape the club culture. And let's not forget that the English are part German, Scandinavian and French.I don't agree. I think kisnorbo did well at city regardless of momebaerts. Well let's look at Sydney they have the best squad on paper but they are 7thWith the team that PK inherited it would have been difficult not to succeed.
