curious how people make it

I probably make a botched anglicized version of it

lamb mince
pork mince
bi carb soda
paprika
pepper
salt
blitzed garlic and onion
a splash of beer

mix together, put in fridge, the fry or grill turning constantly

Seems you want to start a Balkan war on top of all the other turmoil going around at the moment.

It's Ćevapčići in any case.

Good recipe. Don't forget your ajvar and diced onions.

Beer all over them while they're cooking is a nice touch.

Best cevapi I've ever eaten generally have the right mix war criminal with giant hands mixing the meat, mixed with a complete absence of pleasantries and the use of grunts only for communication.

Cevapi history is an interesting one. I did my PHD on Cevapi (maybe a lie) and there are theories it started off as the seekh kebab in India, which then travelled to persia, turkey, ottomons and the rest is balkan war history.

'Chef' must have a durry hanging out the side of his mouth, shirt optional. Wife beating singlet even better.

Did lol at the grunting. 100% accurate.

lamb / veal mix is the best cevap mix in my opinion.

Pork can dry out too much.

The Bosnian Muslims make the best ones.
