Aussies abroad šŸŒšŸ¦˜

You have to wonder if Arnold getting Circati wearing the Green and Gold is in the long term going to be more consequential than him failing to secure Volpato.
For me it's Circati, Irankunda, Robertson, Volpato in that order. Interestingly, the first two were the lowest risk of not being sorted. Robertson's situation has turned into a farce.

Irankunda goal

Interestingly his xg per shot has nearly double since his a league days. I noticed a lot of scouts don't like players having too many pops from a difficult position, as it looks good in lower leagues due to crappy keepers but doesn't scale up to a higher level. So probably that is being coached out of him to some degree

With Irankunda's crazy power he doesn't really rely on crappy keeping that much though. Unlike Segecic and Milanovic, his XGOT in the a league is pretty similar to his goals in the a league. So hopefully he doesn't have his game breaking goals completely coached out of him

Hibs finish 3rd after the worst of worst starts.

That puts them in a Europa League qualification spot.

It would be wild if they could navigate that and play in the Europa League.

I wonder if the chance is enough to tempt Triantis to stay.

How good would it be to have the Aussie Hibs in a European cup comp!

Maybe.

Triantis has said numerous times he wants to fight for his place in the Sunderland squad next season.

Segecic and clayton taylor listed as recruitment targets for pompey by their analyst

4th ranked team has -12 goal difference? How boring.

AMB bench but Charlton have made it to the League 1 Playoff against Leyton Orient. Wembley to be nearly sold out you'd think.

I’m not sure if anyone said this yet, but the Juric brothers lost a cup final yesterday 4-0. They’ve had a decent season, flirting with the top of the league - they currently sit 3rd and in a Conference League qualification spot. With 2 games left, they need 2 points to guarantee 3rd. They can mathematically get second, but it’s still a conference league qualifying spot. First is too far out of reach.

Deni Juric is top scorer for the team (13), with Tomi second (8). Deni is 2 goals off the top scorer for the league as well, so there’s still a mathematical chance of golden boot too.

Too bad that he's another player that at the peak of his form, said that he wanted to play for Croatia & not us. So many delusional young players with an overinflated opinion of their own abilities.

Well done Anthony Carter! I’m curious, would he be the first Aussie to play in the Portuguese Premeira Liga?
I think Mabil played for Pacos de Ferreira a few years back, might be another one I’m forgetting too.
