I am MCG, you reading me wrong, to explain I'm not fussed at all of the link, I actually don't bother listenning to it tbh even though its a from a football podcast I'm just talking about the thread itself......
I'd sooner not see anything about this game whilst I'm in my football forum fandom :love:

Mate you are happy with a thread describing a bunch of overpriveledged pricks driving glorified go karts around and around and around in circles or hitting a tennis ball back and forth for hours but cant ignore a thread about a sport you dont like... that so odd.

The value capture model used for Ironbark Fields and the future Wyndham City Stadium is recouping the ratepayer funds and funneling them back to initiatives that are actually beneficial for the taxpayer though.

The "value capture" model you speak of is yet to be realised as this is all just pie in the the sky dreaming at the moment.. So far a training facility that the community can only use when it is NOT in use by a privately owned entity is NOT the best use of funds in a community crying out for infrastructure,schools, hospitals, trains stations etc etc.
