changes to capital football

Can you guys make a list of crap administration decisions CF has made or stuff-ups?

From memory, there's booting Yoogali, ditching the Canberra girls academy, rejecting home of football facilities...

Any other glorious decisions?
Starting (and then ditching) the Canberra boys academy.

Removing all Griffith FC teams from finals series because their U18s team forfeited the whole season (which was accounted for in the club championship that determined promotion/relegation that season, which Griffith still managed to stay up)

Major financial loss in 2022: Capital Football reported an $874,000 deficit (versus a $116,000 profit in 2021), attributed to excessive unbudgeted spending.

The whole debacle over whether an A-League Men’s team is coming

I’m sure there’s many, many more that I’d be able to list if I reach out to people.

Interestingly this popped up overnight online - I did send them @HappyGuus’ creation

But considering the use of that and the wrestling meme, and the large focus on Yoogali/Wagga - I gather it’s going to be hard for people to think it’s not me hahaha (it actually isn’t me - I have no idea who it is, and neither do those at YSC who alerted me of the page)

I saw this haha. Clearly an upset Riverina person. Be interesting to see if Capital Football remain silent publicly or if they come out swinging next week.
