To be fair that list doesnt include the mighty brisbane roar which is the real lure of the league

Again read the statement bc it reads clear and concise!
I can categorically state that I do not believe that playing any of these Aleague clubs can trump anything remotely close to the passions lived over the years against the games vs Knights etc. How can that be misconstrued?

Perhaps if one day we play a grand final against victory then maybe it will turn out to be a memorial clash (due to the history of football rather than some actual on field historical rivalry) but to date there is nothing to indicate that it provides me anything of value beyond some gate takings and a way to show up the bullshit way we were expelled and held out of the failing so called current premier comp of this country!

For me it firmly remains #deathtothealegaue and let there rise from the ashes a proper football ecosystem!

I never said i wouldnt support my team against Anyone and Everyone, Always!!
I said no interest in being part of your Aleague for me despite the attempts to paraphrase continually!
 
This won't be a popular opinion but I'm starting to think that running A-League Women's teams is having a huge detrimental effect on the financial position of many of these clubs.

Not saying that you can’t have a professional women's league but the cost of running it is huge compared to the amount of money you get in through the door.

And not just in the A-League. Even Manchester United, the second richest club in the world’s owner, has complained about the cost of running a fully professional women's team in what is probably the world's richest Women's Football League...

Maybe some rethinking of the A-League Women's competition is required.

The former tennis bloke Paul McNamee would be a good get too(and rather more open to challenge for the top job@ either FFA or the APL than Foz)
