Yeah that was a red. Didn't mean it but got him high and with force.
 
What did we do before with such challenges? It is a rough one and a red but I think pre VAR players took the pain and a yellow, if at all, was given.

In my day, it was barely a foul , as first contact was with the ball.
 
Goals 1 and 3 for Auckland in the absolute kill zone but Sainsbury just looked half paced there. Don't think he can do much but his attempt to stop anything wasn't there.

He deliberately went over the ball. (Admittedly not to injure.) But do that and you roll the dice if it goes wrong.

And it did.

Guidance is above the ankle, red.
