Australian politics.

He's poorly advised.
I dunno, I think he has strong beliefs and he can't let them go to appeal to a wider audience. He probably shouldn't have been made leader and should have stuck to his strong traits.

He can still win. The markets don't vote but by George it would have to be a miracle from here with pre polling starting soon.

Did you moan as they took you away for pissing on the Shrine?

you are part of the problem

Immigrants amirite?

$176 billion over 10 years.

So why don't either of the main parties change this? Oh that's right, they're investors themselves. More so, however, even the most modest first home buyer gets incredibly defensive at these ideas. That's because they worked so hard to finally get in themselves and they don't think the next batch should have it so much easier, not to mention their property would likely decrease in value. I totally get that.

The major parties risk pissing so many people off with such drastic changes. Everyone is mortgaged up to their eyeballs that falling property prices would only mean potential loss. Personally I don't pity anyone with absolute greedy intentions but I have sympathy for those who worked so hard to get in. I just wish they wouldn't turn massively agro once they got the key. It's an insufferable jostling culture.

The Greens will just get in. Make excuses for things getting even worse and shrug their shoulders. They destroyed Germany and miss every single target created.

We all are: super, managed funds, property investors, builders, suppliers, the list goes on. It is a catch-22, but on the other hand, a lot of financially illiterate people have jumped on the bandwagon, and it starts to get a bit ridiculous.

The best thing one can do is turn off MSM and speak to a financial advisor.

In saying that we need a lot more social housing, the amount of homelessness is ridiculous, and I firmly believe political parties should pay a fee for the number of people who are sleeping rough. They should forfeit a percentage of their donations per person.

I mean that last sentence is sound advice with all the news channels churning report upon report. While some are based in fact, it's the constant droning on about it all that doesn't help the mood. I'm done with hearing about German property issues etc over hear and just want to live in peace.

Yep. It's an utter disgrace. Bloody councils too. The UK is worse but councils around the world copy and make things worse by constantly increasing their fees or banning certain things. I get that sanitation and space is an issue but if Brazil can set up something with 8 square foot cabins for those in dire straits then surely Australia can come up with something.

When you go to a financial advisor you will realise what bullshit is out there. I also forgot tax agents too. They are also rockstars in the money field.
