Pretty sure it was Chalmers - who I don’t know much about, but anyway he was talking about the tariffs and his answer was ‘we will be fine, we have the best workers, the best products, the best exporters and best businesses so we will weather the storm’

Like ffs what is it with people here? Number 1 give a normal non jingo response and 2 Aussies are not the best at everything. FMD, it’s like ‘great Aussie mateship’ or ‘Aussie fighting spirit’. Cunts here think they have some kind of magical power that is a basic feature of every human on earth 😂😂

I don't think it's a contest for 1st place at all. He's out front by a mile and daylight is second.

For rank stupidity, lack of empathy, ignorance in history, geography and science I can't think of anyone that comes even close.

That's not to mention his questionable character, morals, behaviours, felonies and sexual assaults.

And he's been bankrupt at least 4 times, shits on a literal gold toilet and the MAGAs think 'he's a man of the people' with their best interests at heart.

Am laughing my head of at some of these farmers that have lost 70% of their workers thanks to deportations and now the bank is foreclosing on them and they're going to lose the lot. One sheila was, we knew what Trump wanted to do, we went in with our eyes open, he's done everything he said he was going to do and that's why we voted for him.

Back on track. Dutton with the big U-turn on working from home this morning and now they're not sacking public servants.

Hard to keep track. Albo painting the Liberal party as full of right wing nutjobs. It's hurting Dutton that's for sure.

Dutton is going to lose. There is really nothing to him at all policy wise or personally. Albo will win but not by much.

Hoping for a minority parliament. (Because I think it will provide better government but as a bonus because boomers will lose their fucking minds. Absolute scenes. Sky News may well explode.)

Budget would be copping an absolute pasting. All the miners income, their royalties and taxes is tied to commodity prices. Whatever numbers Chalmers read out a couple of weeks ago will be blown all to hell.

People can say what they want, but our politics has been largely stable under Albanese after so much chaos and roots (not saying I think he 's done well or anything).

If the world heads for trouble he can use that safe pair of hands schtick
