wait fotmob giving contradictory information, not sure if he scored the second or a teammate did

Sofascore gives A Thomas as the scorer of the 3rd goal at 90+1.

Possibly explains the variation in rating - Sofascore 7.7 v 8.1 in FotMob.

FotMob shows Thomas as scoring the goal in the Lineup listing - Thomas is a substitute - so I think it's fairly sure that Younis scored only the first goal of the game

In the U18 Premier League in England, Marcus Neill (ST) scored 3 goals for Sunderland in a 6-1 defeat of Liverpool.
And James Overy (RB) scored for Manchester United in a 0-3 away win at Nottingham Forest.
Both played full games.
Hope these boys are firmly on the radar. Neil was involved with the Aussie U16's last year and has come along well at youth level this season, recently playing 90 minutes for the Sunderland U21's, he is still sixteen. James Overy (17) has had a delayed season due to injury but in March appeared for the Man United U21's and Scotland U18's.

Segecic was the same age as younis when he played in the eredivise. Worth comparing. I include defensive stats to make sure there aren't any red flags

different style of player, but pretty comparable with younis maybe a bit better once you take into account his team is much lower on the ladder which would affect his stats!

The one thing you'd have to say about Lewis Miller is that for a bloke who looks like a complete buffoon...he certainly seems to be continuing to get better.

I understand he's not something to get excited about BUT at 24 if he can continue to improve and cut out the errors due to lapses in concentration, we've definitely done worse in his position in recent years.

We're not a team that will have stars across all positions. Where we don't a good honest pro is okay. That can be Miller. I agree about reducing the errors. I like him better at RB than RWB. We're expecting too much offensively in open play.

Credit to Miller for improving. I just want to see Metcalfe and Karacic in that role for comparison. Perhaps the last window wasn't a decent benchmark but the space afforded and passing lanes would've walked right into Metcalfe's strengths. Just get qualified in June so we can then have a look in September.
