Australian politics.

Because they'd never form government without them and some form of government for them is better than no government. Plus the Nats being predominantly regional are out of the way of the Libs.

What's that saying about 'strange bedfellows'?
its almost as if the ALP don't rely on Greens preferences to win seats in your deluded head

Same as One Nation, Palmer and the Coalition. You cry because no one likes you, so you sit on Football Anarchy with all the other incels and cry about another election lost.

Nothing's stopping you from running, champion. You're so well spoken.

its like football teams for you

you cheer on your 'side' despite the fact they're ruining the country and you along with it

Stockholm syndrome is strong among your kind

I like how you ignored what I wrote and went on an unrelated dementia fueled tangent.

Completely on brand for you. Want to try again, or is it bedtime at the hospital?

Football Anarchy doesn't ban members for using hurty words

I have never laughed harder at this reply. Do people on FA take you seriously or is that why you are here? A clown who escaped the circus.
just one example, you can't even give me one

this says a lot about you, however none of it is any surprise to me, you're a zero here who picks fights and you're not even interesting

at least some of the other imbeciles are entertaining

Answer my question.

Thanks Muz for your post with stats about election voting patterns for the different demographics. It has generated quite a bit of further discussion. The embarrassment is my own demographic, which has been inherently conservative!

I've raised them at quite a few meetings, which has augmented other election stats and analysis presented by others.

my views are entirely reasonable and just

its your crowd that are on the radical nutjob end of the spectrum
I would have thought my views are just simply on the side of progressive.

With your political values it must be alarming for you, but millions of Aussies share similar beliefs and values to mine. They aren't as extreme as you would like to think.

I interact with activists based in the thousands with similar values. Knocking doors, leafleting and holding stalls is different - I haven't met heaps with shared values to the same extent. At the same time I haven't encountered extreme right wingers - or they aren't willing to publicise their views on the doors, but more likely on stalls and leafleting.

There are plenty of conservatives on FB though.

The premise is that on FA they are rational, socially intelligent people.

On my monthly FA visits for a good laugh, I kid you not, but some other FA members make Loops seem moderate! He is definitely more civil than a few of his mates.

those are sideshow issues

housing crisis, immigration, net zero, cost of living, freedom of speech, the mRNA fiasco are all issues that the so called 'Liberal Party' have failed on

they didn't even come up in the campaign and voters recognised this
Empirically cost of living was number one knocking doors. Housing was about third or fourth.

Access to health services was second biggest issue. Labor's new emergency centres are very popular with voters.

Trump was about 4th! He was a huge asset for Labor!

Immigration, freedom of speech were not brought up by any voters in 5 suburbs/towns where I campaigned. I've met a lot of immigrants keen for Aus citizenship who cannot currently vote.

Net zero - if you mean climate change, it was an issue, but lower down than my climate activist mates would like it to to be. Everybody wants solar power and electric cars to save money.

no they don't

they want cheaper energy prices regardless of where it comes from

most people don't believe in man made climate change but have given up fighting against the narrative

Kapterian is now a couple in front but this one is definitely heading for a recount and a possible challenge. Could we see our first federal election tie?
