Thought I'd start a Fitness thread to see what Fitness Regime's people are into, any diets, supplements you swear by etc.

Or is everyone just a fat fuck who sits behind a computer all day.
 
Has anyone tried the Carnivore Diet?

i had a fair few friends that have dropped 20kgs and swear by it, you just need to get past the first few weeks of your guts being fucked.
 
Monday - Friday 30 mins circuit weight training, 5 days per week.

Reps of 12- 20 per set. Bottom end increases strength more, top end of reps develops cardio fitness more.

Trying to even it out amongst core, upper body and legs. Was doing too much upper body.

When at home gym incorporate martial arts shadow sparring, ( heavy bag work too hard now on my 68 year old body) with dumbbells to start in the 30 mins.

Every session warm down with 30 mins of triggerpoint , Pilates and Yoga stretching. Have had Ex Physio tutelage for the last 6 years.
 
Carnivore diet means meat and only meat—massive fad and completely unsustainable.

you can have seafood, eggs, cheese. its good short term for weight loss, i personally dont think its sustainable. But then again i know a few people that have been on it for a year and swear by it

do they have man buns?

but seriously I feel it is a fad. I reckon they do other things too, ie. exercise.
 
eat relatively good during week, Do what I want on weekends now.

Many years back, I had a crazy strict diet. I'd only eat one 'cheat' meal a week. Usually ice cream on a sunday. But back then I was doing MMA at a decentish level and trained up to twice a day. Had zero fat almost, was way too full on, but once you get into it it's easy.

Now, I go to gym between 4-6 times a week, actual combat sports only once a week now. Tried playing indoor recently and nearly killed myself lol

never measured it tbh.
by the look of it you got plenty - if you need to measure it you got troubles like people with smart watchs as if their life depended on it but yet young and fit enough.
