Someone has mentioned it before, but Sterjovski is doing well with Macarthur ATM.
Last season when I looked at them, they were a pretty old team, full of imports.
Now I've realised Jones is a 21 yo Aussie, Mac are a really young side - for the team that played Nix.
I also like Sterjovski's calm demeanour. In all the coaching courses coaches now do, calm and being analytical is emphasised for coaches on the sidelines. The screaming of Rudan ( at refs), supposedly Talay, and Kisnorbo's agitated demeanour, is a considered to be totally inappropriate.
All the work should have been done on the the training ground. Sterjovski's impassive demeanour is ideal.
The work should be done off the ground on the training track - after identifying football problems from the last game/s ( where, when, who, what, why, how?), constructing training ground exercises to redress the football problems for the last game/s, good preparation on match day, with a half time address from the coach addressing how, when, why, where, what?, being paramount.
Rudan was an illustration to young coaches of what not to do. I'm no fan of Kisnorbo either in that regard. There's passion, and then there's simply bad behaviour. Both these guys crossed that line.
