Summary of responses so far:
Trip To The Moon - early silent pic
Mr Smith Goes to Washington - Jimmy Stewart (Correct)
The Ten Commandments (Moses seen parting the Red Sea in the image) - Brunner and Heston (Correct)
ET - a puppet (lol)
The Wicker Man - Edward Woodward (Correct)
The Others - Plastique Kidman
Apollo 11 - Tom Hanks (pure guesswork on this one - I can't see another answer yet for it). Gravity with Sandra Bullock?
Oppenheimer - Tommy Shelby (Correct)
Clockwork Orange - Malcolm McDowel (Correct)
Poltergiest - no idea

So we need the ET kid actor, the astronaut one, and the film/actor for the spooky tv one

Not Apollo 11. Gravity. Not Poltergeist. The Ring. ET actor is Henry Thomas.

Do I take it you dont regard Kidmans acting prowess?
Richie, put me in that basket as well, I've never gravitated towards her can't say why atm, my wife rates her alot and I always go do I have to watch.
Granted she has made a stellar career no doubt, I just watched a latest series she produced ? as well I think on netflix, Perfect Couple ?, tbh I enjoyed it.
Think I saw another recently that escapes the name will find out.
Have to say she is looking much better as she ages.

I have ever since I watched the two mini series Vietnam and Bangkok Hilton. Liked her later work in the Aussie flick Dead Calm too. She has a massive body of work, didnt think she had made that many films. And not ready to stop either with several series running and her latest flick, Holland, which I intend watching soon.

Funny - I am the exact opposite with Nicole Kidman.

I used to find her a very good actress especially in films like the Bangkok Hilton and Dead Calm. Never watched BMX Bandits.

As time has gone by she has become more wooden and unbelievable in her acting (Golden Compass for example), and worse she has now become so actually plastic that her face does not move and she is a caricature of a person. How anyone can watch close up scenes from the Aquaman series of movies and not notice that her chin and bottom lip moves and nothing else I do not know. Might as well be watching Thunderbirds.

Can't stand her now although I have been able to overlook her before the latest cosmetic abuse when she has a less prominent part to play like in Lion.

Thanks Ritchie.

Was a good challenge and good to see that our footballing community has just as many film nerds as everywhere else in the real world.

I have never seen The Ring or known anything about it until I just looked it up.
