Not feeling confident, QLD press don't seem to care to much and that is usually a sign that the contact won't be physical enough and the line speed too slow and a bit wonky
 
Not watching yet having dinna and catching up with the boss.
Been heaps of press build up in Syd and a lot on Slater etc trash talk by whatever his name here from Sydney calling slater a dog or grub I think something like that.
Then their captain been saying we got to win it for him yadda yadda.
I reckon it’s the perfect scenario it’s a qld upset win to me.
 
QLD won 18 sets to 12 by my count with 4 drawn sets. So they aren't hugely dominant but are converting their chances really well

amazing NSW didn't attack QLD's disfunctional right side defence (deardans side)
 
They tried a few times I thought.
Ah well good decider at home next and it’s the typical script tbh
 
gee that was close in the end

QLD lucky since their kick diffusal and right side defense was disfunctional, so QLD had to play well to score and get field position but NSW could get away with keeping it simple

they vastly improved around the ruck (especially grant playing better who was awful game one) and in the arm wrestle, winning a lot of sets in the middle of the park which gave them a chance. They were more decisive in the red zone too

but they have to really improve that right edge defense and kick diffusal if they are to have chance in game 3
