Call it "player management" then lol. Nobody of importance needs to be on the field in this game, its also not round 4. Time to wrap everyone up and start getting them prepared for October.

Yeah, thats a bit of differnt story... Happy to get legs and minutes into newbies and fringe players.... We'll get accused of throwing it anyway but October is the ONLY thought now, agreed.

Last match at Lakeside for a while... us regular addicts will be there and .... crickets....... the tag along 3K+ from Wednesday night wont even bother turning up... :mad:

@ Top monthly contributor 🥱 I went back through all of my (13) posts on this thread and I have never mentioned “Greece” or “Greek”.

Probably the most frustrating thing about being a Hellas fan. The players clearly feed off it and the silence when Auckland scored was deafening. Let's just hope we can promote it and get 5k+ against Sydney Olympic. All focus on October!

Sunday would have been so much better, especially in October. Friday has never worked for us, but we have time to build it up. Its not just going to happen i believe we do need to make some exciting signings.

Who are we thinking apart from Fornaroli? I dont particularly think he is what we need either.

Exactly this...they are chopping and changing to tell us see this cant work, lets prove it can, after all we have been the main voice behind a second tier and making them eat humble pie which should be one selling point to bring some back just on that idea alone....

Maikousis said its hard work to get ppl at games it takes a lot of work, well it takes more work to recover from leaving it all last minute and expect it will all magically come together.

Atleast one big signing/drawcard would work wonders.
Preston is showing us up even on innovational things like the jersey.
Release a championship memebership, ppl have been asking and we have nothing there still outside of us that bought the combo.

Do something..... currently its crickets!
 
With Oakleigh drawing tonight and Preston winning, Oakleigh better come to play next week against South Melbourne, expecting a loss though.

Will next week also be the last time Oakleigh and South Melbourne will play against each other in a regular competition?

I haven't really followed this new league much, do you 8 clubs remain in the npl and play in that new league after the npl season? Or are you only playing in this new league?

We will still be playing npl next year
