I wasnt there, my lad plays for Bulleen but I live in Brisbane my nephew was there watching and giving me updates and it was pretty much as the report above from Pasquali states - my lad was the one who went 1 v1 with the keeper and unfortunately fluffed his chance, keeper made a good save from reports, but a good hit out for sure. Hot conditions would have made it a bit slow to watch but south had a stronger team out 2nd half my lad also came on at HT for the second half. He played with Max Mikkola and Jake Marshall in Brisbane previously so was nice to finally play against them in Melbourne.
Bulleen will be amongst the top teams this season after the last 3 seasons coming close but falling away each year they need to go up this season so I hope they did take the game seriously because they need to be fired up for a tough season :unsure:

I agree witj Kosta, its hard to see this happening despite the lack of gameplay! Hopefully we hear something good soon though!

Goals will have to be spread out across the front line, any new striker will take time to acclimatise either way!
I think any new striker will dictate the playing style for the coach next season, as we are curently packed across the middle and front third (outside of an out and out finisher) from what i can see..
 
It doesnt seem to be based on quality or playing style, he fits into that easily enough... and that franchise is not exactly setting the world on fire in either of the above, pretty mediocre to be fair and thats being kind..

The conspiracist in me says, its almost as if the signing happened just to happen, at the time it did, for other reasons!

Should chime in here and say it's very alarming. However Macarthur have another striker (Ariath Piol) who is the subject of a bid from Troyes in Ligue 2, so this could open up gametime for Harry. The Bulls also are under a transfer ban at the moment as far as I'm aware

Forgot about the transfer ban... Hopefully Harry will get to shine if Piol moves.

Update, Harry is on the bench for Macarthur today. Seems as if Piol is getting sold
