He has clearly lost the dressing room, Harding came on for an injured Moller, and Spiteri came of for a return from injury Painter-Andrews. Something is up, why did Esteban not make a single shout, instruct, coach or manage the game? What the hell is going on?

He did yell out " press" every so often.

Lost dressing room and the voice and style of play has just became too stale and taxing for all involved
 
Hard to argue against anything that has been said here tonight (and we are all correct in every aspect we have brought up)..... there can be no more excuses, he has to go...

Time for someone, anyone, who can re establish any type of orthological build up (if they remember how) back in our game - even if we clearly are striker less!

Pretty much agree.. Drop off, from last year, of Archibald, Painter-Andrews and Lampard is remarkable ... never seen anything like it.

I actually rate Pope, a young player coming into his own needs to be paired with a player like Mells, Pope doing the dirty work and Mells actually putting together passes...HOPEFULLY

Esteban must be sacked in order to have a chance of moving forward.

If things don't change soon I hope we get relegated.

Damn good questions ..... Has he lost the dressing room or is something else going on here.... we deserve answers.

More losses in 8 rounds than in the past year and a half ... something is seriously wrong... Players are flat, coach is silent, board is hiding away in the shadows.... We knew, with no signings but a Eurovision contestant and a a couple of lower team NPL stalwarts, we weren't palying finals this year but something is SERIOUSLY wrong at the club... we need an EGM and fast.

Harding made a red hot go of it for the last 10 mins of the first half but then we reverted to long balls over the top again in the second hoping he somehwo grew 14 inches at the half time break ... killed the kid... NOBODY did anything worthwhile alst night apart from Andy's magical little run in behind to put Max on a plate from 6 yards out .... Out of ALL the shit we've seen this season, this was the worst so far ... and I suspect we havent seen anythign yet... Surviving relegation will be the miracle of all miracles.... and we wanna play in the Championship with this squad??? Were fucked.
