Meanwhile Postecoglou is managing one of the biggest clubs in the Premier League and only gaining a 34% winning rate in his second season where he's told everyone he wins trophies...and you're talking about gymnastics

There’s probably a very select few managers that could cope with the Spurs situation.

Ange isn’t one of them but neither are any of the other spoken about candidates.

There's an endless amount of excuses however there's no getting past the fact that Ange is outpointed tactically on a regular basis. This also happened when he was at Celtic when facing European opposition of equal or less means. Everybody, except for Australians it seems can see it.

Not really mate.

Spurs ambitions are top 4 or bust. That's what their fans and would you believe, Daniel Levy, demand.

No manager with that squad depth and injury list throughout the season are getting Spurs to Top 4 unless they are absolutely elite (Pep, Tuchel, Ancelotti, Conte, Klopp, Simeone).

I put money on it that any of the Tier 2/3 managers like Iraola, Frank, Silva etc. will be under the same pressure in 24 months.

Surely he'd be way below 50% now, they have only won 10 games this season, think it was 20 last year.

top 4 is one thing, however I'd give all of those managers a better chance at turning Spurs around to finish in the European qualification spots.

Well during his tenure in the EPL he managed against the likes of Sheffield United, Burnley, Luton Town & Southampton too didn’t he?

I guess those games don’t count either.

Delete the first 10 games as well because it’s a new manager bounce / coaches hadn’t figured him out yet.

Just count the games where Tottenham lost so Ange’s win % is 0.

0% win/loss margin would still make him the most successful Aussie manager in EPL ..... :P

The thing that Spurs fans forget is;
1. Kane & Son carried that club for almost a decade and they haven’t been replaced

2. Clubs in & around them like Villa, Brighton, Forrest, Newcastle have all vastly improved their football departments, outpacing Spurs setup.

3. Spurs literally had no Director of Football up until this season. Levy was running the football department, what a joke of a club.

The years under Redknapp up until Poch/Conte’s first season papered over massive cracks and now everyone else has caught up and even overtaken Spurs.

It’s going to take a good 2-5 years before Spurs start being spoken of as a genuine Top 4 contender and title chance again.

but the basement dwellers want him sacked NOW ....... the sing songs and back to back to back manager of the month times have been well an truly put aside...

Oh well, it will make some here very happy to have NO Aussies in the EPL - chop of their noses to spite their very very ugly faces I suppose.
