In the same recent press conference he also mentioned the learnings from recruiting so many young players and that now it will be experience that the group is in need of. Also noting that the experience given to the likes of Gray and Bergvall will be invaluable going forward.

Out of left field, but I'd have Ange as the Aussie NT Coach now with the remit of play youth/younger players, even if we go through the playoffs. The main aim to have a battle hardened young cohort for the 2030 World Cup.

Played properly with adequate preparation I reckon we could go a long way.

Don't know about that... Club football suits him more... From what he is saying though, "retirement" in Greece is the goal, with probably a cushy club job to see him out.. I still predict AEK... but possibly not for a few years yet.
