Squad numbers post window were put up for anyone wishing to get the new kit. Trewin was touted to wear number 9 if he made the squad.

If you compare his statistics to Raskin, the only thing in the later's favour is the number of games played. to me, Triantis has been dudded in the call by the PFA, but there appears to be an unhealthy bias toward players from Celtic and Rangers in the selections.
 
Complete shortsightedness by the PFA to not include Triantis in the team of the year.

Not a single Hibernian player after the season they've had is rough.

You do realise that the voting for the team is done by all the players in the Scottish League? It’s not selected by a small group of suits.

I genuinely must have completely glossed over the PFA part. It's 2025 what can I say..

Just saying, no players from Hibernian isn't a reflection of their at times quite brilliant season. But alas the players have spoken and they have a better vantage point than any.

He would compete with raskin from the rangers I guess
Pretty similar quality tbh
 
Teams of the season that have an overwhelming number from one side removes the individual aspect for me. This one full of Celtic stinks. I get they're superior in a statistical and performance sense but pound for pound others have done things better.

Maybe a bench of 6 needs to be listed to show others were considered.

Not like he was in contention but a Derby blogger went to a fan meet and greet and Elder was there, standing mind you, having a chat and he's got 2 fractures in his leg. That's his season done.

I mean how does John Souttar get in when he missed half the season with injury? lol its all Rangers/Celtic up there no one else exists. That's why I think he should go to one of them.

there's a Hearts player and a United player in it

its not a magazine squad chosen by content creators to get clicks

here is robertson whose profile is pretty impressive to be honest. Triantis probably has the most well rounded profile of the lot....Literally zero weak areas where he isn't at least average by spfl areas, a lot of good areas and elite defensively. I can only think that the poor quality league is holding him back?
 
Please note what these are a comparison to.

All that is being demonstrated with these graphs is strength of a style of play in a certain position in a certain league. You can't compare the players off this information.

To some degree

But eredivisie Belgium and a league are very similar in style so it does give some info
 
It's a comparison of players from the same league. Claiming that Belgium or the dutch is in anyway like Aleague is an opinion that is not substantiated by the data ( quiet the opposite).

Balard is compared to players like Klasson, and Veerman.

O'Neill is being compared to Jashari and Onyedika.

And Teague is getting compared to MacCalmont and Thurgate.....

To add the Aleague seems to undervalue centre mids by comparison to the other league, by reference to player values withing the 3 leagues.

What style difference would you point to between the leagues?

I'm not talking about quality differences just style which I assert are similar. Of course the a league is lower quality so you have to take that into account
