I know what you mean yet the ball had clearly been won and the rest was a new sequence of natural momentum. The ball was clear and it was just a natural tangle.

Hmm.... that is a tough question indeed.

I would argue that the 16 team Euro's were bigger than Copa. As for now, a bit different, though in terms of overall competitiveness across the upper echelons, I think there's more variety in Euro's on this still than Copa.

I assumed JS96 was talking about the European Nations League, not the European Championship (Euros).

Not sure of VAR protocols and ref's decisions there and whether he could've received a YC retrospectively but if he could have he's lucky to have stayed on the pitch.

Good goal by Duke and peach of a pass to Metcalfe for the first.

Did not think Ryan would save that penalty but well done Matty and, in his 100th game.

Reading some speculation on the Hearts forum that Arzani wasn't picked this morning as already on his way to Edinburgh.

Seems a long bow to me - I know Arzani loves playing for the NT and why wouldn't he want to be there at the pointy end?

Good if true though.

for all my complaints about the scottish league being awful to watch (I do it anyway if aussies play, what's wrong with me?) if this keeps up it eventually just becomes the aussie league haha
 
Yeah, I watch it too when I can (when Aussies are involved).

Dreadful standard in some games. Those not involving Celtic, for the most part, can be hard to watch - and they have the cheek to sneer at our league!

Aussies go to Scotland to experience all-consuming football culture and to get in the shop window. Not for the qaulity of football.

sadly its not good for the shop window. Your odds of getting a transfer out of there are lower to similar quality leagues (greece, norway, israel and sweden) unless you go really young where scotland does as well as anywhere
