Remember how I said to keep an eye out for Maya Joint? She has moved up to second seeded Aussie. She is killing it on the WTA tour. She will easily surpass KB if she continues on this form.

pharmistists is never cool at top pro levels but yer shit happens.
As for the game itself, baseline rallies as good as they cover so much ground and some amazing angled shots is the same same forever and a day.
The game due to the racket springs highly strung has taken away alot of the volleying skilset/touch only so few have now.
The clay court game that was once very unique to roland garros is very similar on hard courts approach today.
The only still great outlier is Wimbledon on grass, still the best surface testing all these robots the game has today.
Also like many pro sports becoming very clinical, be it rule changes, political correctness there is hardly any outlier rouges/bad men women - sport needs characters, it juices the event and viewing.
I've been spolit growing up viewing some amazing dark arts masters like McEnroe/Conners/Nastase/Goran/Roddick.
McEnroe's feel at the net is still the best I have ever seen let alone his passing ground strokes.

French Open with a men's only policy for centre court and prime time. Amazon as broadcaster were asked what they control and they said it's the tournament organisers doing the scheduling.

Ridiculous as the women's game at all other grand slams has always been top notch. French Open is easily the worst and most boring on the grand slams.

I don't even get the logic behind that at all - it's not like nobody watches women's tennis either?

Anyone watching Wimbledon this year?
I used to love watching Steffi Graff play, I lost interest though when she and Arantxa Sanchez Vicario retired but gonna start watching again.
